Owl Sounds is a new recording space located in southern Vermont.
It is owned and operated by Brendon Thomas. He is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and engineer. He is also founding member of the folk/rock band The End of America and his solo project, Foreverinmotion.
Owl Sounds began as Brendon's personal music studio in the winter of 2018. It is open to artists & bands for tracking, mixing and mastering. Brendon is a talented engineer and musician with 15 years of experience recording, and a laid-back dude who will make you feel at home.
The studio is converted office space in a warehouse building that was once a paper company next to the Saxtons River. The town is surrounded by trees, scenic mountains and farmland. Nearby villages include Bellows Falls, Saxtons River, Grafton, Chester and Westminster -- all home to sweet restaurants, shops and lodging options.
OSR is 15 minutes from exit 5 on I-91 in southern Vermont; about an hour from Northampton MA, 2.5 hrs from Boston and 4 hrs from NYC.
